Delegation from the Confucius Institutes of the University of Zagreb and the University of Ljubljana Visits XAUAT

XAUAT News Networks — From July 23 to 25, with the support of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC), Ministry of Education of China, a 45-member delegation of teachers and students participating in the Chinese Bridge program from the Confucius Institute at the University of Zagreb (Croatia) and the Confucius Institute at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) visited the Yanta Campus of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT) for exchange activities.

During the visit, the School of International Education introduced the delegation to XAUAT's academic programs, international student admission policies, and international student education. The school also organized Chinese language classes, a lecture on the history and culture of Shaanxi, and a variety of Chinese cultural experience activities.

The visit formed part of XAUAT's "Silk Road Youth Dialogue on Architecture and Technology" series for international students in China. It enhanced the delegation's understanding of XAUAT, inspired their enthusiasm for learning Chinese and exploring traditional Chinese culture, and further strengthened educational cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between XAUAT and universities in Central and Eastern Europe. The event also injected new momentum into the high-quality development of XAUAT's internationalization efforts and international student education.
